Simply Sunless Cancellation Policy
At Simply Sunless, your time is important—and so is ours. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we have a firm cancellation policy in place.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respectfully ask that all appointment changes—including cancellations or rescheduling—be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and honor the time reserved for each guest.
